Fees

Cancellation Policy (Updated 1st March 2023):

(i) Invoice (and Zoom login details) for your counselling session will be emailed to you prior to your scheduled day and time. This is required to be paid prior to 24 hours of your counselling session taking place for your counselling session to occur as planned. 

(ii) If you don’t make payment within this 24-hour period, Dorfen reserves the right to cancel your counselling session accordingly. 

(iii) If you cancel your counselling session within this 24-hour period and have already made payment, unfortunately a refund is not provided for these purposes. However, if you cancel your counselling session before this 24-hour period with written and valid notice, a full refund will be provided or you will have the opportunity to reschedule your counselling session to a mutually convenient time. 

(iv) If you cancel your counselling session within this 24-hour period and are able to provide a valid medical certificate, a full refund will be provided accordingly. 

(v) If Dorfen cancels your counselling session due to any reason, we have an obligation to offer you a full refund for fees already paid by the client for that particular counselling session or offer the client the opportunity to reschedule to a mutually convenient time in the future. 

(vi) Dorfen also reserves the right to change the day and time of your scheduled counselling session due to unforseen circumstances, with as much notice as possible to be provided to the client should this unfortunately occur.
